First of all update your system with the command:

sudo apt-get update

If gcc-4.9-aarch64-linux-gnu is not installed on your compter then the command 'dpkg -L gcc-4.9-aarch64-linux-gnu' will give followin error.

After system update use the following command to install gcc-4.9-aarch64-linux-gnu:
